In every moment there is something new to learn and something new to experience. Here at Trackways for Change we bring together a shared passion for the Chinese 5 Elements,  Kinesiology (muscle testing) and the natural world  to support you along your path – within yourself, your relationships and your work.

We have created a series of one to one sessions, workshops, resources and approaches to support you throughout the year; we love sharing them and we hope you will enjoy them too.

Testimonials

I have worked with S-J on so many levels over the past the past 6 months - from severe arthritis to transforming relationship issues to deepening into the soil of my being - she brings warmth, compassion, fun and healing skills to meet me wherever I am.

Working with SJ was a real pleasure. She has a very grounded presence and I felt heard and supported. She gave me some tips on things to do at home too which were really useful. Would highly recommend.
